If you use the Describe feature, you may write about a parenting situation and submit it to receive guidance.
The text you submit may be sent to Mary Talkins servers and/or AI service providers so that a response can be generated.
Please avoid entering highly sensitive personal information, medical information, legal information, or emergency situations into the Describe feature.

AI-generated guidance may be helpful, but it may not always be complete, accurate, or appropriate for every situation.

7. Purchases and subscriptions
Payments, subscriptions, free trials, and refunds are handled through Apple App Store.
Mary Talkins does not receive your full payment card details.
8. Data retention
Information stored on your device remains on your device unless you delete it or uninstall the app.
Information submitted through Describe may be retained for a limited time to provide the service, improve safety, troubleshoot issues, and improve the app.
We will aim to keep retained data only as long as reasonably necessary.
9. Third-party services
Mary Talkins may use third-party services for app distribution, payments through Apple, AI response generation, hosting and backend infrastructure, and analytics if added later.
